I must have been 7 or 8, one of those catalogs to order cd’s by mail. I remember taking a looked and being immediately attracted to the artwork. I don’t know how I convinced my dad to buy me Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness, but he did. When it arrived I spent the evening looking at the album artwork and listening to it. Lyrics didn’t mean much to me at that age but as I grew older they grew up on me and have been in the high and lows of my life.
