Billy Corgan has been a huge inspiration to me as a creative writer. I’m 40 now and SP was the soundtrack throughout my teen years. I listened to Mellon Collie on loop, and studied the lyrics. The picture is from a song I wrote called Supplication. It features the lyric: “I might just unleash seas of madness, the wrong type of wrath kid to lock me down in melancholy, rat behind a cage prolly, left for dead with infinite sadness.” Thanks for blessing the world with your talent and inspiring others Billy.
