I was in eighth grade when I bought my copy of MCIS. I remember listening to it in my room on my discman with my headphones on. I looked through the album art and followed along with each song. I still have the same copy except now both sides of the case fall off and it’s a bit banged up. With that beautiful double album, The Smashing Pumpkins became my favorite band.
