For his 2019 solo tours in Europe and the U.S., WPC wanted a cape he could wear while playing guitar and piano.
To balance the weight of the cape, a harness was worn underneath. Arm holes helped stabilize the cape as he played guitar or piano. Yes, it is as heavy as it looks.
