WHY I'M A FAN
because they are an awesome band. something in their music is really personal and intense at the same time, and i can't help but recognize and accept its realness and substance. also, one of their songs saved my life in 1998.

i love the variety in their music--it not just being heavy or soft. and one of the messages that i got from listening to their songs and sounds was,"it's okay--it's okay to be you," and that was something that i really needed at a certain time of my life.
