Was an awsome experience, I been a fan since 93 or so, I was hopeing i would hear "Tear". I lost my best friend, was oct 1997. he crashed his bike on my birthday. which is the 9th oct. I was lucky enough to see The pumpkins play in 98 on the Adore tour. and they played "Tear" that night, in charlotte. I admit, i cried, big burly man as i am. And nov 8th 2007 , when i saw them play again after 9 years. It took me back. Thanx guys, for still having the passion to go out everynight. Shawn

WHY I'M A FAN
I was in high school from 92-96, i guess in the "Hayday" I had a best friend , who played drums, and he first let me listen to siamese dream album, and i was hooked. we loved the pumpkins all through highschool. and even played in our own small band. I think my fav songs are "porcelina of the vast ocean","Aeroplane flies high", and "Tear" it has a special meaning to me. I lost my best friend, in oct of 97'.he was only 20. He wrecked his motorcycle on the night i was celebrating my birthday.I think in some way listening to the adore CD and "Tear" was a healing process. I saw the band play in charlotte in 98' ovens auditorium.and allrdy a big fan, i was hooked for life. After many agonizing years i am so happy we have you back ^^ Shawn
