i got my t-shirt at the show

i cut my hair a few months ago, i have had it this short for a couple years and i grew it out to my chin but i cut it again cause it was getting on my nerves. i like it this short, it is so easy to fix in the mornings. i just put some stuff on it and shape it with my fingers and voila! lol. it needs a trim now though

Your words are always so encouraging. I am doing better than a few weeks ago, but my life may take a big turn soon. It might be hard for awhile but I think whatever way it turns out, it will be better in the end. I have a hard time loving myself because I am always very critical of myself (others in my life are very critical as well, so it is hard to be lifted up by the ones I love).

I just have to go with my heart and what is best for my kids and I know it will all be ok. It is easier said than done!!

it has been cool outside here too, which is really unusual for august! aug is usually the hottest month of the year! i'm not complaining though, i like the break from the heat. my favorite season is spring but i love fall too. i just don't like the extremes much

that chicken sounds yummy! and so do the tomatoes my garden hasn't been doing so good, i think it may be almost played out for this year. my mom still has a few tomatoes growing, i got some from her yesterday. i made some fried green tomatoes, they were so good. i mixed flour and a little corn meal and salt pepper and other spices and dipped them in before frying. yum!

You were saying about the 2 that werent/arent very nice... I think I can actually guess who they are as I can think of 2 straight off that have such bad attitudes & black hearts when it comes to expressing themselves here... even though I havent had to deal with them myself... i KNOW you will have tried & tried to get through to them & find some good there- but I guess some people just dont want to be nice.... Its sad isnt it? Cos I'm sure everybody has some good in them somewhere- you cant be born bad?? But I guess they just dont want to explore that side of themselves & in the end, they are the ones who will lose out. Especially as they will never get to share in all the goodness that lovely people like you spread around.... So dont worry about those- as you say, they are very few & hopefully someday, someway, someone will get through to them and they will realise all they have been missing out on.....
