Called simply 'Takes', the album is a stunning and evocative collection of Adem's interpretations of tracks released in the decade from 1991 - 2001, music that inspired and influenced Adem while he was growing up. Recorded at The Pool and Exchange studios, 'Takes' features 12 tracks ranging from covers of Bjork, Smashing Pumpkins and Yo Le Tango through to Tortoise and Aphex Twin. As further proof of his labour of love, Adem personally produced each song and played every instrument on the album himself.
